Janmashtami Celebration
Our little ones celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and devotion.
Children came beautifully dressed as Radha and Krishna, filling the campus with
colours, joy, and festive vibes. In a special assembly, UKG-C students confidently
spoke about the significance of the festival, recited the shloka “Yada Yada Hi
Dharmasya…”, and presented a graceful dance performance. Adding to the
excitement, some students also took part in a symbolic Dahi Handi activity,
recreating the joyous tradition in a safe and fun way.
In the classrooms, the celebration continued with creative activities like matki and
flute decoration. Teachers shared stories about Lord Krishna’s life and virtues,
followed by a short- animated film on the birth of Krishna, which had the children
listening with wide-eyed wonder. It was a day full of learning, laughter, and
devotion, helping our little learners connect with our rich culture and traditions.
